Was he convicted?
According to what I've heard, he took a plea bargain. The most disturbing aspect is that he continued to the same people he was indicted with...they changed their name from The Elm Group to Century something or other.
Everything about this situation is disturbing.
Time to reclaim all my investment funds. This place is, as I have always said, A CESSPOOL.
