STEALERS WHEELS

Get the memo? Apparently the thieves who used to rob "Cooperators" by using bump-keys are now stealing wheels and rims off neighborhood cars. Mostly around Hillman and Gale. I wonder who the culprits could possibly be? Gee-willikers even. Who would conceive of doing such a thing???

Don't be surprised if you wake up one morning and see someone laying in the street next to the wheel of a car with his top split wide open and a tire iron in his hands. His homies will have run for the hills when that hammer drops. Given the state of the current economy and the manner in which thangs are going down in this sham of a Coop, the wrong person might stumble upon his or her car being stripped of essential parts and render justice accordingly.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've had it with the lowlife scumbag thieves and opportunists in this neighborhood. Where the hell is security when these tires are being stripped? And how about those video cameras?
