You are a coward. Why would you allow the Amalgamated Housing Corporation Board of Directors to "set aside" Real Estate taxes for a period of 4 fiscal years knowing damn well people who worked for the City of New York would be laid off because that tax revenue was not being collected? Did you want to fill those empty positions with your clients? Your friends? Your contacts?

You knew agencies would lose funding for children and people who were struggling to make ends meet. FOUR MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF FUNDING. It is absolutely unconscionable that any Personnel Director for a Corporation like the City of New York would turn a blind eye to corruption when he has it within his means to contact the Department of Finance DIRECTLY in his capacity as a MANAGER for the CITY OF NEW YORK in an effort to ensure the CITY OF NEW YORK collected taxes from the AMALGAMATED HOUSING CORPORATION. The previous and current accountants for the AHC both knew the formula to determine the amount of SHELTER RENT taxes the AHC owed to the CITY OF NEW YORK. You work in the Division of Citywide Administrative Services. You knew better. Those taxes should have been paid IN GOOD FAITH to save jobs. Instead, that money was set aside...and when your friends in the Department of Finance finally sent the bill they were nice enough to WAIVE interest in penalties. The SHAREHOLDERS should have been refunded all of the interest accrued on that tax money. NEVER HAPPENED.

When you arrived in the United States of America, my relatives were fighting a war. Your fancy intellectual ass was given a free ride to Yale and then Columbia University. Then you were lucky enough to score a job working for the City of New York. You are so fancy Jerzy Warman! Such a man of high society! So fucking fancy that you belong under the jail.
