While we have denials about leaks and mold contamination, PENN SOUTH has no problem admitting they have a catastrophic structural problem on their hands. At least they are doing something about it.
The Shareholders in Penn South are VERY involved. Thats what I call a COMMUNITY.
The Amalgamated is a DUMP...and it has everything to do with the Board, Management and the President Emeritus.
Watch and LEARN.

it was more important for the buildings to get new elevators than it was to fix major structural problems throughout the Amalgamated buildings.
